Crystal Parker, PMHNP-BC, provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management, Kiera Clemmons, LCSWA, LCAS, leads therapy services and provides psychotherapy and substance use counseling, and Kelly Herndon, Certified Peer Support Specialist, offers peer support and community outreach. Together, our team supports children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and life transitions. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where clients can build resilience and achieve meaningful growth. We currently serve clients in North Carolina, with telehealth and in-person appointments available at our Raleigh, NC and Wilson, NC locations. Insurance and self-pay options are accepted. Crystal Parker, PMHNP-BC Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Crystal Parker is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and personalized medication management across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in nursing and advanced psychiatric training, she integrates clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, education, and empowering clients to actively participate in their treatment journey. Kiera Clemmons, LCSWA, LCAS Director of Therapy Services Kiera Clemmons is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) who serves as the Director of Therapy Services at Restorative Mindset & Behavior Institute PLLC. She provides individual therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Ms. Clemmons works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, relationship challenges, and life stressors. In her leadership role, she oversees the development and coordination of therapy services to ensure quality, ethical, and client-centered care. She fosters a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can safely explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward sustainable change. Kelly Herndon, Certified Peer Support Specialist Director of Community Outreach Kelly Herndon is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and serves as the Director of Community Outreach. Drawing from her lived experience and formal peer support training, she provides non-clinical, recovery-oriented support to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. In her peer support role, Ms. Herndon helps clients build practical skills, strengthen self-advocacy, connect to community resources, and stay engaged in treatment. She offers encouragement, accountability, and empowerment through shared understanding and mutual respect. As Director of Community Outreach, she develops partnerships with local organizations, coordinates community engagement initiatives, and helps expand access to mental health services within the communities we serve. Her work bridges clinical services and community support, ensuring clients feel connected, understood, and supported beyond the therapy room. Insurance & Payment We accept NC Medicaid (not all tailored care plans at this time), Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Healthy Blue NC, Aetna, Aetna Medicare, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Self-pay rates and sliding scale options are available for individuals who meet financial eligibility requirements.
