Welcome to my practice Lyte Coaching (pronounced "light"). I am passionate about enhancing the overall quality of life for all. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Life Coach and Certified Christian Counselor in the Houston, TX area. My practice is "Faith-Based" and wellness driven! Lyte Coaching provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore, discover, and improve your thoughts, behaviors and other areas of need. My goal is to offer assistance and encouragement to help you eliminate troubling symptoms, patterns and behaviors, thereby enabling you to function more effectively and enhance your well-being and journey of healing.
