Welcome to my practice Lyte Coaching (pronounced "light"). I am passionate about enhancing the overall quality of life for all. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach in the Houston, TX area. Lyte Coaching seeks to provide a safe and supportive space for you to feel open to explore, discover, and improve thoughts, behaviors and other areas of need. I am here to provide assistance to encourage the elimination of troubling symptoms so that you can function better and can increase well-being and healing.
