Introduction

Welcome to Touch of Insight Counseling, I'm so glad you're here! My name is Crystal Randles and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience helping folks navigate trauma, life transitions, depression and anxiety in order to feel more like the person they want to be. Are strong and intense emotions negatively affecting your life? Your relationships? How you feel about yourself? Perhaps life hasn't felt "good" in a long time and you're struggling to hold onto positivity as it is. Maybe you're tired of life feeling like a roller coaster of emotions, negativity and stress? Perhaps you're just tired of overthinking and overanalyzing everything that is said or done around you? Well, I'm here to tell you that you are not alone. Trauma, anxiety, and depression may be what's keeping you stuck and believing that you don't deserve better. You recognize you want things to change but just don't know where to start. I believe you have the power to heal and make meaningful changes in your life, you may just need a teammate to help you along the way. As your teammate, I will bring my experience and training to help you heal. Together, we will explore your unique needs and desires for a better life and create a plan to attain it. I specialize in helping folks move from survival mode to thriving after trauma, forming meaningful and healthy relationships, building self-esteem, managing anxiety and intense emotions, improving self-worth and building resiliency. My goal is to help you achieve the life you want. With a collaborative approach and my expertise, you can heal. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), though we can explore which modality will best help support you in this journey. I'd be honored to work with you and encourage you to reach out to me today. You can schedule a free consultation call by clicking the 'request appointment' button. You can also email me or give me a call. I hope to hear from you soon!
