Introduction

My name is Crystallyn Heron, and as a therapist, it's my goal to provide others space to talk openly about what they are experiencing while being authentic to themselves. Therapy isn't about needing to be "fixed," it's about learning to understand yourself and others better than before. Emotional growth is a process that requires patience and the courage to be curious about how one's life might change. I enjoy providing space for my clients to identify their goals and find ways to be kinder to themselves. I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs. I have been in the mental health field since 2007, working in various settings such as psychiatric facilities, group homes, senior living facilities, and within community mental health boards. My passion is in helping others recognize their strengths and how to set goals that are individual and meaningful.
