Introduction

I have been in the mental health field for 15 years working mainly in substance abuse and with adults. Since opening my practice in 2020, I have shifted to women and women's issues including anxiety, new parenthood, and trauma. I am EMDR trained and use CBT, MI, SFBT, and Client centered modalities. I have a whole team of therapists that work from ages 3 and up and are trained in other different trauma modalities. We are all available to help!
