My approach is exploratory yet reasonably structured, helping you untangle patterns and emotions that shape your current challenges. I listen with both past and present in mind to help address complex issues at their source. However, brief, solution-focused therapy is also welcome, and I have experience offering that. Therapy can happen in “chapters,” and no goal is too small to be worth addressing. We work at your pace. Clients appreciate how I keep us focused while asking questions that encourage deeper self-understanding. Ideally, this creates shifts that improve how you relate to yourself and others, long after therapy ends. We will use concrete coping skills when needed, but they are not automatically the main focus. I’m adaptable and happy to adjust our approach when needed, or when you request it. If you’re curious about working together, I’d be glad to schedule a brief consultation to see if it feels like a good fit. I offer exclusively telehealth therapy to clients who are located in Florida or Massachusetts during sessions.
