Introduction

You are the expert of you. You and only you knows what it is like to have your mind, your body, and your life experiences. Through a collaborative approach, I would love the opportunity to support you on your journey, as you navigate through life's challenges. Whatever challenges you are currently facing, I aim to provide a safe space for you to be heard, seen, and explore what works best for you. Healing is possible, and if you are open to healing, the healing will take place in your life. I have worked in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with all ages. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is currently the number one approach to PTSD. With trauma, the goal is to take the emotional charge out of past experiences by reprocessing the past and helping individuals to live in the present. I relish in the idea that people can change and grow through further knowledge and understanding. It is exciting to watch individuals become empowered. It is inspiring to see individuals have the realization that they are in control and fully capable of their future. We do our best but ultimately it is the clients responsibility to know network status.
