Introduction

I work with people who have survived hard things and are now feeling the weight of that survival. If holding it all together has become too much, it might be time to add new support in a place where you feel understood. You don't have to carry it all alone. With over six years of experience supporting individuals with chronic trauma, substance use, and complex emotional symptoms, I offer a trauma informed, non-judgmental space. You won't be rushed and the focus will be on what's important to you. If you're feeling worn down or you're just curious whether talking to someone might help, you are more than welcome to reach out. It's just a quick conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
