Hi, my name is Cynthia Brice! I love living in the beautiful state of Idaho where we have the prettiest outdoors. I love to find the beauty out there in nature. I am part of that club that is not a fan of reading, but I do enjoy learning new things. The biggest joy to me is spending time with my family. We enjoy going on little trips and just being together. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, one you don’t have to take alone. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and the tools to support meaningful change. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help individuals work through trauma, anxiety, and other difficult life experiences. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both are powerful approaches that use eye movements and imagery to help process and transform painful memories. These methods support clients in shifting how distressing experiences are held in the mind and body, making space for clarity, relief, and renewal. At the heart of my work is the belief that your challenges do not define who you are. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner resilience and move toward a life that feels more grounded, whole, and authentic.
