I have experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self-worth, identity concerns, life transitions, and relational challenges. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. Both my personal and professional experiences led me to the counseling profession and shaped my deep love for people from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
