Introduction

I use an active, serious, and friendly approach to help you figure out where you are right now and how to move forward. Talking with a professional psychologist can organize your thinking and transform your outlook on life. You can move past issues such as anxiety, fearfulness, low mood, activated trauma, career concerns, dating troubles, family problems and more when you overcome emotional roadblocks. Problem-solve for 1-2 sessions or take a deeper look at your underlying thoughts and habits. When you deepen your understanding of yourself you can take action to make your life better. I have extensive experience working with crises in adult development, including concerns about career choices, fertility issues, dating relationships, marriage, adult child/adult parent relationships, and post-college anxiety. I also have extensive experience supervising and mentoring early-career mental health professionals. I offer a range of assessment services including ADHD evaluation, adoption readiness evaluation, disability opinions, and immigration evaluations. Short consultations are available to people who need to talk about a current issue, such as a break-up, a job change, or a crisis with a family member or friend.
