Introduction

If you’re going through an especially challenging time, you’ve landed in the right place. I help adults navigate difficult situations like career and relationship changes, burnout or a recent loss. Working with me will help you learn new skills and build strength to achieve a better balance in your life. My experience as a therapist spans two decades, initially working with adolescents, then military families and teachers. I use CBT and a family systems approach. I build genuine connections with people, appreciate a good sense of humor, and refrain from sugarcoating the situation. I offer telehealth sessions to residents of Maine and Connecticut, making therapy accessible for people with busy schedules who want to prioritize their mental health. With a small practice I focus on personalized care with committed clients who value hard work and are ready for long-lasting change.
