Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and adults. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention, while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is both supportive and practical. We might explore patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, avoidance, or burnout. AKA those “37 browser tabs running in the background” that quietly drain your energy. Together, we’ll work on slowing things down, understanding what’s underneath the surface, and building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. You’re not here to be fixed, but rather here to better understand yourself, build flexibility in how you respond to challenges, and create a more aligned life. Growth is serious work and I’m here as a steady First Mate to the Captain (that's you!), helping you stay grounded through life’s storms. If you’re considering starting therapy, I invite you to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit and to explore how we might work together.
