Introduction

I believe you are building your own story, and with guidance, validation, and a supportive therapeutic space, that story can include meaningful change and resilience. Reaching out is hard, and you made the first step because you're here. I embrace your courage to grow and will walk alongside and help guide you through self-healing in holistic wellness, empowering you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. I specialize in trauma, women's health, and life transitions. My passions are play and art therapy, nutrition, and brain health. As a dancer, I believe movement is among the key factors in promoting positive mental and physical health. Food is medicine, and I enjoy incorporating neuro art into sessions when possible to create a meditative experience. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and believe everyone has a voice and has the right to be seen and heard. You are allowed to take up space, and I welcome you into mine. I bring a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental presence to my work, which is rooted in the belief that healing begins with trust, safety, and authentic connection. You belong here.
