Introduction

Feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected? With more than 30 years of experience, I help individuals, couples, families, teens, and children find healing, clarity, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of your struggles, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and develop healthier patterns in your life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, eating disorders, self-esteem, relationship issues, and family conflict. My approach combines compassion with practical strategies that help clients feel empowered, emotionally balanced, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and work toward achievable goals. Clients often appreciate my down-to-earth style, family-centered perspective, and focus on real-world solutions that create lasting growth and emotional wellness. As a parent of 4 adult children and as a therapy practice owner since 2017, I understand how overwhelming life’s responsibilities and transitions can become. You don’t have to navigate them alone. Taking the first step toward support can feel difficult, but meaningful change is possible. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
