I believe you already carry the strength and wisdom needed for healing; even if it doesn’t always feel that way. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work with individuals of all ages who are facing anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Experiences in life can feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to put into words. Together, we create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate this part of your journey. When we lean into vulnerability, walking slowly and intentionally together, we can create a safe enough space where healing can take place and you can find the joy and peace that may feel absent in your life right now. My approach is collaborative and shaped around you, integrating evidence-based practices like EMDR, DBT, CBT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) while also incorporating expressive arts, sand tray therapy and somatic therapies to support healing all aspects of you. I’m currently completing a post-graduate certificate in traumatic stress studies with Bessell van der Kolk, deepening my ability to offer care that is both compassionate and grounded in research. My favorite part of being a therapist is working with clients as they nurture their own inner world with curiosity, clarity, compassion and connection. This internal nurturance is something my clients take with them long after we finish meeting together regularly. I am currently offering a free 15 minute consultation for you to see if we are a good match before investing in therapy.
