I work with adults of any gender who are in the middle of significant transitions: a loss, a major life change, or a relationship strained by one. Grief can be about a person, a life you had, or a version of yourself you're leaving behind. Hard seasons rarely stay contained. They land on our relationships too, and that is where much of my work happens. I also have a particular focus on new parents and the early months with a baby. Becoming a parent can be harder in ways no one warned you about. My training in parent-infant communication and parental mental health means I understand both what you're carrying and what's happening between you and your baby. My approach is humanistic at its core, and I'm formally trained in cognitive behavioral and attachment-based therapy. The attachment lens builds awareness of how you feel and relate, a skill that keeps growing long after therapy ends. All sessions are by secure video. I'm licensed in New York and Florida.
