Introduction

Hi! I’m Dagmar Mirabal, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My career spans both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds on their journey toward healing and growth. I employ a trauma-informed approach in my practice. My therapeutic style is informal, compassionate and responsive to each individual needs. My goal is to make you feel comfortable in a safe, non-judgmental space I have created just for you. You can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. My clinical expertise is complemented by a deep understanding of trauma and its impact, as well as extensive experience addressing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I have a talent for tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, combining approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices.
