Hi, I’m Daiana Chapman, AMFT (she/her) Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #153249 Supervised by Beverly G. Fuentes, LMFT #106356 Welcome. I'm truly glad you're here. My therapy journey began long before graduate school. As a Brazilian immigrant and former educator, I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories, especially those shaped by resilience, identity, and transition. Through my own lived experiences navigating cultural systems, change, and healing, I felt a calling to create the kind of space I once needed: one that is grounded, compassionate, and deeply human. I work with individuals and couples who are moving through trauma (including medical trauma), anxiety, phobias, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Many of my clients are highly insightful, sensitive people who have spent years in survival mode, masking, people-pleasing, or pushing through while feeling disconnected or unseen. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. My approach blends evidence-based practices with somatic and trauma-informed modalities like Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems. I aim to support you in reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, honoring your inner parts, and finding sustainable paths forward. Sessions with me are collaborative, gentle, and empowering. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Whether you're navigating stress, identity shifts, relational challenges, or healing from the past, I’m here to support your growth, clarity, and sense of belonging.
