Welcome! My name is Daibelis, but please call me Dee — I’m so glad you’re here. I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults through life’s challenges. I provide telehealth mental health services and have extensive experience working with community-based organizations that serve underserved and vulnerable populations. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with clients in the language they feel most comfortable expressing themselves. My therapeutic approach is warm, person-centered, and strength based. I believe in meeting each client where they are, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, gain insight, and develop coping tools for lasting change. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and family systems perspectives to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. Above all, I strive to foster trust, connection, and empowerment so my clients can rediscover their resilience and move toward healing. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, teen violence, abandonment, anger management, attachment issues, bullying, burnout, behavioral challenges, family conflict, domestic violence, postpartum depression, and self-esteem concerns. I also support clients navigating experiences of sexual abuse, self-harming behaviors, separation anxiety, and women’s issues, including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum transitions. I accept Health Net insurance and offer telehealth sessions for flexible, accessible care. My goal is for every client to feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their life. If you’re ready to take that next step toward healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
