I work with clients who are looking to build self confidence, heal body image and their relationship with food, and learn to live life whole heartedly. It's my goal to help clients understand how to give themselves compassion in order to thrive and become their best self. I love to dig a little deeper with clients to discover what core issues lie beneath their low self esteem, harsh relationship with body image and food, relationship stress, and overall distress. I love to use art therapy to help clients express their emotional experience. Tools like art therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices and self compassion help us in session to understand why your inner self critic is so strong, why you can't seem to speak kindly about your body or the things you eat, and other distressing problems.
