Hi, I'm Daisy Hatch. I'm so glad you're here. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can be themselves while exploring life's challenges and building on their strengths. I work collaboratively with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and more. My approach is compassionate and tailored to each individual's needs. Together, we'll work toward goals that matter to you, develop practical coping skills, and celebrate progress along the way. I am committed to helping clients build confidence, resilience, and the tools needed to thrive both now and in the future. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthy relationships, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to help clients better understand the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. By blending these evidence-based approaches, I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
