Introduction

Sometimes life gets heavy and you can lose touch with yourself while trying to keep everything moving. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, difficult past experiences, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed. My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. We’ll spend time understanding what’s been shaping you, noticing patterns that may not be working anymore, and building practical ways to cope and move forward. I use approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based tools to help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and confident in the changes you want to make.
