I offer a grounded and compassionate environment where we can slow things down and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. My work has been shaped in community mental health settings, where I was introduced to approaches supporting individuals impacted by trauma, addiction, and early relational stressors. I now work with teens and adults navigating these experiences, as well as those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we focus on building clarity and stability. Therapy with me is collaborative. You remain in control of the pace while I offer structure and support to help you reconnect with your strengths, values, and internal compass.
