Introduction

.My approach is to assist others is understanding what emotional trauma actually is, how it originates in childhood and how it affects us as adults. I try to simply addiction by educating about emotional trauma, expand a person's awareness of how emotional trauma affects us, and shift a person's perspective as I believe once we see things differently, we can do things differently. Addiction is NOT a disease or an inherited genetic disease. Addiction is about an emotional wound, and wounds can be healed. Most of my work is based off of the teachings of Dr Gabor Mate. Free consultations are available.
