My practice focuses on working with adults and college students navigating the heavy stuff: anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as the quietly exhausting battles like perfectionism and low self-esteem. I am also deeply passionate about providing a space that honors the unique experiences of BIPOC individuals and other historically underserved communities. Together, we can openly explore the specific cultural and racial issues, systemic stressors, and identity dynamics that so often layer into our mental health and sense of self.
