Hello, I am a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals from all walks of life, with a special focus on BIPOC and Spanish-speaking communities. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility, honoring the beliefs, traditions, and social worlds that shape each person’s story. Whether you are navigating life transitions, grief, identity exploration, or relationship challenges, I provide a safe and supportive space to explore what matters most to you. Together, we uncover the strengths that already exist within you and your resilience, courage, and capacity for growth as you move toward balance and healing. In our sessions, I aim to create an environment where you can speak freely and feel both deeply supported and gently challenged, engaging in a process of authentic growth and self-discovery. My approach integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered practices, blending evidence-based methods with genuine human connection. With a background in psychiatry, anti-human trafficking advocacy, and housing case work, I bring a broad perspective to supporting individuals experiencing traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, heartbreak, and loss. As a bilingual clinician (English and Spanish), I am passionate about providing inclusive, culturally responsive, and accessible care. For those who wish, I also offer Faith-Based Counseling, integrating spiritual values into therapy in a way that honors your personal beliefs and lived experience.
