I offer IFS-informed somatic therapy and EMDR to adults and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and major life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed, caught in familiar patterns, or disconnected from what you need. Maybe one part of you keeps pushing through while another feels anxious, shut down, or deeply self-critical. Therapy can help you understand these responses with compassion and reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. I use IFS-informed parts work and EMDR to help us explore not only what is happening now, but also the experiences and relationships that may have shaped it. Depending on your needs, I may integrate somatic and psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and practical CBT tools. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You do not need perfect words or a clear plan—only a place to begin. I provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming care, welcoming your experiences, identities, strengths, and circumstances with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can strengthen self-trust and deepen your connection with yourself and others.
