Introduction

Hi! I'm Dan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety, symptoms of trauma, and build healthy relationships. I have extensive experience working with at-risk teens as well as adults and parents struggling with mental health and life challenges. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, piano, hockey, video games, VR and going on adventures with my kid. My clients often describe me as warm, "chill," fun, non-judgmental, and helpful. Many who work with me tend to focus their treatment on growth and healing by exploring their values & beliefs, learning about themselves, and developing a variety of skill sets. I often utilize video games & VR as therapeutic tools, combined with evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR, to assist my clients in achieving their goals. People who choose to work with me can expect a teammate who values acceptance, safety, trust, collaboration, choice, empowerment, and support in the relationship. Please see my website for more information and to schedule an intro call with me. I look forward to meeting you.
