Welcome. My name is Dan. It's a pleasure to meet you. I am a licensed psychologist in general practice at Sojourn Psychotherapeutics, LLC in the East End of Pittsburgh. I work with individuals, couples, and families. In addition to general practice, I also specialize in LGBTQIA+ mental health and climate-aware psychotherapy. Here are some examples of therapeutic goals my clients commonly bring to session: identifying and managing mental health symptoms, stress relief, transforming personal challenges into personal growth, adjusting to major life events, finding greater motivation and focus in daily life, managing relationships, understanding attachment style, exploring identity, deprogramming internalized stigma, managing family relationships, and healing from trauma.
