Introduction

Finding a therapist that you want to work with is not an easy task. You’re reading bio after bio but they’re all starting to sound the same. I’ve created this space to give you a better sense of who I am and what you’ll be getting when we work together. I have been so fortunate to have a career where I have been able to work with countless amazing people. I feel so lucky to be small part in each one of their stories. The client’s that I have had the most success with have had some key things in common. They have been the ones that have come to session ready to do the work and understand that I’m not able to magically fix anyone. They appreciate that I am straightforward while remaining warm, calm, and judgement-free. Therapy is investment in your time and money and I’m not here to waste either one of those things. You may find therapy difficult but I’m there the whole time actively participating in each session and cheering you on along the way. If you have expectations of what therapy is supposed to look like whether through your own experience or you saw it on TV, I ask that you put those aside and let this therapeutic experience be everything that you need it to be. With online sessions, I have been able to work with my clients during some real time challenges and have conducted sessions while clients in some unique places. There is no judgement here – as long as you’re safe and confident that your session is confidential, we can talk wherever you are. Therapy isn’t easy – it can be messy, hard, and emotional. It’s why so many of us put off going. It’s easy to come up with excuses but something brought you here and I would be honored to be the therapist you choose to work with.
