Do you feel at war with your body? Do you feel like a stranger to yourself, or like you and your partner are living on separate islands? Are you wondering why just getting through the day feels like so much work? I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that once made sense as a way to protect themselves. At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens in connection, and I offer a space for you to feel safe returning to the inherent wisdom of your body and supported in moving through the world — with greater agency, more comfort in your skin, and a sense of empowerment. Part of my work is helping you find your way back to your own sense of aliveness — or discover it for the first time — through your relationship with yourself, with each other, and the world you're moving through. That might mean slowing down, noticing your body, or building your capacity to feel more, not less, without it becoming too much to hold. If talk therapy alone has never gotten you or your relationship where you needed to go—you're not alone, and that tells me something about what you need, not what's wrong with you. Change is possible, even if it doesn't feel like it right now — I've seen it happen, both in myself and in my clients, and I'd be honored to help you find your way there too.
