My therapy of choice is ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), however, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model and integrate different modalities to suit each individual. I take value and joy in being my authentic self and I strive to help my clients feel the same, ultimately moving away from the internal and external noise of shoulds/shouldnts, societal prescriptions/timelines, judgements and criticisms, and into living a life based on your own unique strengths and values without judgement.
