Introduction

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by expectations, burned out, or disconnected from your sense of self, you’re not alone- and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Danah specializes in helping clients work through relationship challenges, struggles with self-worth, difficulty setting boundaries, and perinatal mental health concerns. Together, you and Danah will explore what’s getting in the way, challenge limiting beliefs, and build the emotional resilience and confidence you need to live more fully and freely. Danah’s approach is collaborative and compassionate, always honoring your lived experience. Beyond this, Danah works with individuals navigating major life transitions, trauma recovery, and the unique stressors that come with high-intensity professions- especially first responders and those in helping professions. Having spent a large part of her life living internationally and growing up in multicultural environments, Danah brings a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity, belonging, and cultural adjustment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, mood disorders, or relationship difficulties, Danah offers a grounded, person-centered space where all aspects of your story are welcomed. Danah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She approaches therapy with a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens, considering all aspects of a client’s worldview when selecting a treatment approach, and integrating strength-based, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused techniques. Drawing from the science of neuroplasticity, Danah firmly believes that people have the ability to create meaningful change and rewrite their narratives. Danah is committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take control of your healing and growth. I have weekend & evening availability (limited). I offer teletherapy for all of Pennsylvania and Arizona via HIPPA compliant platform.
