In 2000, she also worked as the Director of Counseling at the Liberty God-Parent Home and Family Life Services Adoption Agency in Lynchburg, VA. This opportunity provided her with training in the areas of adoption and foster care. In 1999, Dee became a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia and began working in private practice. After 10 years as an LPC, Dee opened her own private practice, Daleville Family Counseling, where she has continued to serve as the founder, owner and operator since 2006. ............................................................................................................ "While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will help you change long-standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful existence. Whether you are looking for support and guidance through a challenging circumstance, or you are simply ready to move your life in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals."
