Introduction

Through my own experience in individual and couples therapy, I came to appreciate that healing and growth happen in relationships where we feel truly safe to be ourselves. Whether it is anxiety, depression, addiction, betrayal, grief, anger, doubt, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I work with individuals, couples, and families to name what they are experiencing and find a new way forward that is authentic to them. I have a very warm and direct approach that helps clients move beyond feeling stuck and toward the life and relationships they want. I hold a Master of Theology from Fuller Seminary and am completing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University while serving as an MFT Trainee. When I'm not in session, you'll find me rooting for Bay Area sports teams, trail running, or scouring the library for an obscure history book.
