Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who came to this work through a deep curiosity about how people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves during times of change. My background includes working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, and over time I’ve developed a particular passion for supporting adults—especially parents—who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or pulled in many directions while trying to care for others. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in authenticity. I see therapy as a space where we walk alongside one another, slowing down and making sense of what’s been weighing on you. I integrate evidence-based practices with creativity and mindfulness, tailoring our work to your unique needs. My goal is to help you build greater self-understanding, resilience, and a steadier sense of self as you navigate both personal and parenting-related challenges.
