Religious experiences, major life changes, social anxiety, or uncertainty about who you are becoming can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what comes next. At Leek Therapy, I work with teenagers and adults navigating religious trauma, spiritual confusion, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, identity questions, and relationship difficulties. I also provide affirming support to LGBTQIA+ clients. My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and compassion-focused approaches, tailoring our work to your goals and what feels most useful to you. Therapy may involve developing practical coping skills, examining beliefs or stories that no longer serve you, and clarifying the values you want to guide your life. My background in both clinical social work and theology allows me to support clients exploring the connection between emotional and spiritual wellness without assuming what they should believe or what direction they should take. I aim to provide a respectful, judgment-free space where you can be honest, offer feedback, and build greater confidence in your ability to make meaningful changes. I provide secure telehealth through Leek Therapy for clients across Massachusetts and am not currently accepting new clients.
