Hi! My name is Dani, my pronouns are she/they/ella/elle and I am a bilingual trauma-focused therapist. When in therapy, we can do many different kinds of things. Looking for resources and community, exploring and practicing coping skills, engaging with our trauma, bringing in family members, sharing various successes, and an appropriate amount of chisme are a few examples of the ways session can go. There will be moments when we share laughs, and there may be other moments when she share tears, regardless it will all happen in a non-judgmental, present, and intentional space
