Hi, I’m Dani Michaels and I work with teens and young adults who are having trouble navigating life’s transitions and challenged with anxiety, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, and major life changes. I utilize several different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, as well as other insight-oriented techniques that encourage clients to understand how their past experiences and emotions influence their current thoughts and behaviors.
