I believe that each individual is the expert of their own lives. I utilize strength-based and trauma-informed approaches to co-create a space where vulnerability and meaning-making can arise. I work with a wide variety of clients and prioritize the therapeutic relationship as I believe that’s where healing begins. I provide individual and relationship therapy for folks who are new to therapy, young adults, have experiences of trauma, or folks who identify as queer and gender diverse, neurodivergent, and poly/ENM. I draw from relational, liberatory, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR practices. You can expect our sessions together to be affirming, non-pathological, and transformative while using humor, warmth, and compassion. We’ll explore how systemic and structural oppression impacts your ability to live your most authentic, pleasurable, and joyous life. We’ll foster self-discovery and identify relational patterns to support stronger connections. What that looks like is moving at a pace that feels good for you, and recognizing the importance of a mind-body connection. Our nervous systems have an abundance of information to support our wellbeing, and I offer clients tools to integrate that information for sustained healing. I'll work to ensure you feel safe and supported every step of the way.
