Introduction

If you've found your way here, something in you is ready , even if it doesn't feel that way yet. Maybe you're carrying more than you can name. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition that has shaken your sense of who you are. Maybe anxiety has become the background noise of your daily life, or you're longing for a space where all of you — your mind, your body, your spirit, your story, is actually welcome. That's exactly the space I aim to create. I'm Dania Collis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Synergetic Healings, LLC. I offer holistic psychotherapy for adults and families, grounded in the belief that healing is not just cognitive, it lives in the nervous system, in the body, in our relationships, and in our sense of meaning and purpose. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and somatically oriented. I work at the intersection of mind, body, emotion, and spirit to help you move beyond surviving and into a more regulated, rooted, and fully expressed version of yourself. Whether you're working through anxiety, navigating identity, processing life transitions, or integrating your spiritual experiences into your sense of self, I'll meet you with curiosity, warmth, and clinical grounding. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to show up and I'll meet you there. I work with: Adults and families Areas of focus: Trauma-Informed Care · Somatic & Nervous System Work · Anxiety · Life Transitions · Cultural & Racial Identity · Identity & Self-Worth · Spiritual Integration · Family Systems Fees & Insurance: I accept both insurance and private pay.
