Honoring your story + naming the systems that shape it. I provide individual psychotherapy services to children (6+), teens, and adults. I work with clients who navigate a range of symptoms and may experience big emotions that feel hard to manage, feel stuck, unseen, or silenced in spaces that were not built for them. Drawing on my experience in community, clinical outpatient, and school settings, I support all clients with trauma-informed, culturally attuned care. Together, we can work to build regulation & reflection, help you reconnect with your body and values, and feel grounded and empowered to thrive, not just survive. My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in critical feminist & anti-oppressive frameworks. I enjoy using techniques from ACT-, DBT-, narrative-, and somatic-informed models to support emotional regulation and whole-person healing. Together, we create space for insight, joy & growth-tailored to what feels authentic to you. As a part of queer, neurodivergent & chronic pain communities, I’m passionate about fostering affirming environments. I became a therapist because I believe people deserve support in their healing journey & access to quality mental health care. I’m here to help your journey toward symptom relief and greater emotional well-being to live a full life.
