Introduction

I offer individual psychotherapy with adults. I have been practicing therapy since 2015, earned my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from Pacific University in 2019, and became licensed in Oregon in 2020. One consistent goal of mine is to collaborate with patients in developing a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where they may feel safe enough to approach, explore, and share their experience. I have found that change occurs for individuals when they come to better know themselves – sometimes through insights about the impact of past experiences, other times through attention to and allowing of our often-neglected emotional worlds. I also believe that new experiences in relationships, including the therapy relationship, can be powerfully healing.
