Introduction
I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you can come as you are. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, creating space for your story to be heard, your experiences to be understood, and your voice to matter. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, or times of transition, offering support as they find their footing, reconnect with their strengths, and discover a clearer sense of meaning and direction. With children, I use developmentally appropriate, child-centered approaches, including play and creative expression, to help them communicate their experiences, understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. With adolescents and adults, I provide space to build self-awareness, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change. As a “fellow journeyman,” I see therapy as a journey we take together. It is a privilege to be invited into your journey and trusted with the vulnerable parts of your story. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. Together, we can build on your strengths, find your direction, and take the next step forward.
