Introduction

I believe that therapy can be about much more than just healing from or diving into the past. Therapy is a journey to wellness and living one's best life. I view clients holistically to develop goals based on their own values, taking an eclectic, person-centered therapeutic approach that tailors treatment to each individual. I meet clients where they are at in a respectful, judgment-free and safe setting, applying mindfulness as well as cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapies. I work with sex positivity, open marriages, polyamory, kinks, and sex work with clients of all genders and sexual persuasions. I am a BIPOC ally and have done extensive work with the LGBTQIA+ community, especially affirming transgender and non-binary gender identities. I am experienced with substance use and process addictions. Additionally, for some people I know that the loss of a companion animal can be absolutely devastating. I honor the human/animal bond and help my clients move through the pain of pet grief.
