Introduction

Feeling stuck in patterns you cannot break? In stressful moments, you might find yourself reacting too quickly by getting loud or angry, only to face intense guilt and shame right after. Other times, your system completely overloads. You might go blank, freeze, and shut down because you simply do not know what to say or do. You crave deep connection, but putting yourself out there feels incredibly risky. Knowing these protective loops exist does not make them easy to change on your own. I help you safely step out of survival mode and begin to heal. Together, we work to actively reshape your emotional climate. My Approach to Therapy In our sessions, I am collaborative, engaged, and entirely judgment-free. We practice actionable strategies to reduce in-the-moment intensity, replace self-blame with curiosity, and heal underlying nervous system triggers. To do this, we use practical parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Opening up to a stranger is a vulnerable step that takes a lot of courage. I operate on the firm belief that you are already doing the absolute best you can with the tools you currently have. Let us explore ways to build new, healthy boundaries for your journey. I offer a free consultation call so we can ensure we are a good fit. Reach out today to start your new chapter.
