Introduction

I’m Daniel Lozoya, LCSW, founder of Link to Hope Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, offering bilingual English/Spanish therapy for adolescents and adults ages 13–64. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, identity-related stress, and feeling stuck, hypervigilant, or disconnected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating EMDR, CBT, DBT/C-DBT skills, mindfulness, attachment-informed care, and nervous system regulation approaches. I also provide preparation and integration support for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when clinically appropriate and in collaboration with qualified medical providers. I offer in-person therapy in Austin and secure telehealth throughout Texas, and I invite you to schedule a free consultation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
