Therapy is a partnership — one that supports you in building resilience, restoring balance, and moving toward the life you envision for yourself. I am a clinical social worker with diverse experience across multiple levels of care, supporting children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of behavioral and mental health needs. I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2009, building a strong foundation of experience across a variety of clinical settings. My background includes working in residential treatment facilities, where I provided support to youth with complex challenges. I also completed an internship with the Department of Human Services (DHS), where I assisted in the investigation of child and dependent adult abuse. Additionally, I delivered Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) to help clients build skills and stability within their daily environments, and I have experience working on a psychiatric unit, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in acute mental health crises. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to adapt interventions, build strong therapeutic relationships, and provide compassionate, client-centered care. I have been independently licensed since 2018 and focus primarily on providing individual and couples counseling to clients above the age of 12. I provide holistic counseling services designed to support healing, wellness, and sustainable personal growth. My approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with a whole-person perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and relational health. In our work together, we will explore not only the challenges that bring you to therapy, but also the patterns, strengths, and values that shape your life. I believe meaningful change occurs when we address root causes, nurture self-awareness, and cultivate practical tools for everyday wellbeing and mindfulness. My practice is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect.
